These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a binding contract between you and CSS Peeper owned by Sparkglare Sp. z o.o., ul. Górna 26, 62-080, Góra, Poland. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms will remain in effect while you use the Services.

By continuing to use CSS Peeper, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using CSS Peeper.

User Accounts & Registration

• You may create an account to unlock additional features outlined in Subscription Plans.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accounts may only be used by one user. If we notice any suspicious activity, we reserve the right to terminate your account until the circumstances are clarified or approved.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at hello@csspeeper.com to protect your account and enable Sparkglare Sp. z o. o. to take preventive measures.

Privacy & Data Handling

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and store your data. By using CSS Peeper, you consent to our data practices.

We do not collect or store sensitive user browsing data beyond what is required to operate the Service.

Permitted Use & Restrictions

When using CSS Peeper, you agree not to:

• Extract, store, or reuse third-party intellectual property without permission.
• Use the Service to scrape data beyond personal or authorized use.
• Modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or tamper with the extension.
• Interfere with the functionality of any website.
• Engage in fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activities using CSS Peeper.

Violation of these terms may result in account termination and legal action.

Intellectual Property Rights

• CSS Peeper and its content (logos, branding, software) are owned by Sparkglare Sp. z o.o. and are protected under copyright laws.
• Websites inspected using CSS Peeper retain ownership of their CSS, typography, images, and design assets.
• You may use extracted design properties for personal or educational purposes only unless explicitly authorized by the original website owner.

Subscriptions & Payment

Some features of CSS Peeper may require payment.

If you wish to purchase a subscription on the Website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase, including, without limitation, your payment information and personal data. All purchases made on CSS Peeper are processed through Stripe.

By proceeding with the purchase, you agree to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product.

We are not responsible for any currency conversion discrepancies that may arise during your payment process.

Cancellations

CSS Peeper offers both monthly and yearly subscription plans. There is no minimum contract period, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel your monthly or yearly plan, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to the CSS Peeper Free plan.

If you wish to reinstate your subscription, simply navigate to your CSS Peeper Account under the Manage plans tab and select the plan you would like to re-subscribe.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with CSS Peeper within 14 days of your initial purchase, please contact us at hello@csspeeper.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

The 14-day period begins on the date of your first payment. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be eligible. The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and cannot be combined with free trial periods.

To request a refund, contact us at hello@csspeeper.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and we will process it within 5 business days. If you wish to downgrade or cancel your current plan, you can do this at any time. Adjustments will take effect in the next billing cycle.

Limitations of Liability

CSS Peeper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, website disruptions, or any legal claims arising from how you use CSS Peeper.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CSS Peeper's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 100 (whichever is lower).

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our service at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you violate the Terms. All provisions of the Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and liability limitations.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect changes in our Services or applicable laws. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or an in-extension notification. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
